This 3-ingredient mango froyo will satisfy your cravings without the high amounts of saturated fat and calories that you would get from traditional ice cream. Best of all? No added sugar! It’s also surprisingly creamy because of the Greek yogurt and refreshingly cool from the frozen mango chunks.

Mangoes are chock full of vitamins and minerals. They are an excellent source of Vitamin C & Vitamin A, which are important for glowing summer hair, nails and skin! The Greek yogurt is an excellent source of protein to keep you satisfied.
So why not give my 3-ingredient mango froyo a try! They call it “nice cream” for a reason.

This fast and flavourful froyo recipe is a perfect to whip up after dinner or as an afternoon treat with little ones. In this froyo recipe, I used 0% fat Greek yogurt, but you can substitute it with whatever type you like! You can also swap out the yogurt for a dairy-free alternative to make the recipe vegan!

- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup water
- In a blender or food processor, add together the mango chunks and Greek yogurt.
- Pulse the ingredients together, adding water as needed.
- For soft-serve froyo, serve immediately. For a firmer product, place in the freezer for 15 - 30 minutes before serving.
