Strawberry Lime Slushie Ice Pack

Servings 6


  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup Lime juice
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend well. Pour into a zippered freezer bag. Close tightly and double bag to prevent any leaks.
  • Put your slushie/ice pack in the freezer for about 2 hours or until frozen. Add it to your picnic basket as an ice pack. It can sit for about an hour until slightly melted. Serve in cups or grab some spoons and eat as a slushie.
