Instructions
- For the Spiced Shrimp, place shrimp in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add 4 tbsp (60 mL) marinade and seasoning; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 to 30 minutes. (Marinate seafood no longer than 30 minutes.)
- Meanwhile, for the Yum Yum Sauce, mix all ingredients in medium bowl until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or just until shrimp turn pink, brushing with remaining 3 tbsp (45 mL) marinade. Serve shrimp with Yum Yum Sauce and Asian salad, if desired.
- Tip: If using wooden skewers, soak thoroughly in water for at least 30 minutes before threading with shrimp. This prevents them from burning when on the grill.
- Tip: Store any leftover Yum Yum Sauce in refrigerator. Use it as a dressing, dipping sauce or sandwich spread on practically anything. You’ll love it!
