Hello, gorgeous greens!

Trust me, taking time for yourself before you start the craziness of the day will help you have a better day. And if it means getting up 5 minutes earlier, do it! And nourish your body the same way you care for other people. Loading up your breakfast with greens is a great way to do that!

This green smoothie is the perfect mix of tartness and sweetness. The lime juice really brings out the fresh flavors of the other ingredients.

  • 1 1/2 cups Almond milk plain, unsweetned
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 kiwis peeled
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 cup kale
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

    I make my smoothies the night before so I can get up and have breakfast and have lots of time to get in a good workout before having to head to work. your recipes are great thanks for sharing I enjoying following on Twitter for the recipes and meal ideas
