This Honey Nut Yogurt Dip is the perfect accompaniment to my Cinnamon Apple Chips or any fresh or frozen fruit! It’s gluten-free and packed with protein and calcium thanks to the Greek yogurt. Way better than those caramel dips you see fruit packaged with. Plus, there is no refined sugar. Zipitty dippity doo dah!

The easiest (best!) fruit dip you'll ever make: Honey Nut Yogurt Dip! #food Click To TweetI also love making this dip and baking a few trays of apple chips for an appetizer before a party or for a healthier game-day chips and dip.
I love to use raw honey for this recipe because you’re not heating it, and the raw honey has some antibacterial and antioxidant benefits. Safety note: raw honey should NOT be eaten by children under 2 or pregnant women due to risk of foodborne illness. These individuals should have pasteurized honey.
