There is so much information about nutrition and breast cancer out there, but not all of it is based on science. Some of it can even be harmful!

Check out this video I did with Rethink Breast Cancer for their Live, Laugh, Learn series. I share my tips for a healthy diet after a breast cancer diagnosis, including info on everything from what to eat and what to limit to soy and smart meal planning.
